Hey Graduate!

We know this is an exciting time in your life. You are about to enter a new and exciting phase which will forever change your world. We could not be any happier for you. Before you embark on this amazing post-High School adventure, Underwood Baptist Church would like to celebrate with you. We have set aside time in one of our worship services especially for you and your family. During this time we as a church family want to pray for, celebrate with, honor, and congratulate you. We will hold this special service on May 18, 2008 during our 10:45 a.m. worship time. Immediately following the service you, your family, and one guest are invited to attend our Graduation Banquet. This banquet will be held in our Fellowship Hall located in Building C.

To be a part of the service and the Graduation Banquet, we need some information from you. Please take a moment and click here to download the questionnaire and return it to the church office no later than May 11th. Also, we ask for you to provide us with a senior formal picture to be used in the service. These pictures will be returned during the banquet. It is extremely important for us to receive these items as soon as possible.
